The API may return errors or missing data.

Root Cause: Large payloads of lightning data received from NEA and our logging system fails to process the incoming data. 11 data points were dropped and backfilled within 30 minutes.

Action Items: We will be adding better monitoring to notify users of failures on data retrieval from NEA as well, via status monitors.
